Hello, I’m Paul – a Master Reiki Practitioner devoted to guiding others back to their inner stillness and balance. My journey with Reiki began as a very gentle awakening, a moment of realising how profoundly universal energy can soothe the heart, lift the spirit, and illuminate the path through life’s transitions. What started as a personal calling soon became a deeper connection to the healing wisdom that flows through all of us

My approach is intuitive, compassionate, and grounded – blending traditional Reiki principles with a deep respect for each person’s unique healing process.

Based in the UK, West Midlands, but with national and international capacity to travel, I believe healing is not a one-size-fits-all journey. It’s personal, powerful, and deeply human. I’m honoured to walk alongside anyone who chooses to explore this work with me.
