Booking Terms

A £20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance of £35.55 is payable on or before the day of your session.

Appointments may be rearranged with at least 24 hours’ notice. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit may be retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Deposits are normally non-refundable when a client cancels or does not attend their appointment. However, if Soul Flow Wellness needs to cancel and an alternative appointment cannot be agreed, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter session so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
